赣江水系野生唇的形态生物学

摘要 测量并分析了489尾采集于江西省宜春市锦江野生唇57个形态特征,为长江中下游唇鱼骨的形态种质和系统分类提供基础资料。结果表明锦江唇全长为体长的1.21±0.0236倍,体长为体高4.15±0.52、为头长3.62±0.52倍、为尾柄长6.37±0.95倍,头长为吻长2.53±0.38倍、为眼径2.72±0.31倍、为眼间距3.53±0.67倍,为头宽2.28±1.18倍,为头高1.73±0.51倍,为口裂宽3.60±0.45倍,尾柄长为尾柄高1.68±0.29倍。体长(L)与体重(W)相关式为W=1.18×10-2L3.1614,R2=0.9724。肥满度系数(K)均值为1.58±0.77,脏体指数(V)均值为1.20±0.06,成熟系数(GSI)均值为3.55±6.30,空壳重与体重比值(M)均值为0.87±0.0572。唇肠道系数(Ci)均值为0.99±0.11,体长(L)与肠长(Y)呈线性关系Y=-0.6273+1.0342L,R^2=0.9034。 This study is to investigate biological data of Hemibarbus labeo in Jinjiang Stream to provide a reference in morphologic germplasm and systems classification for the middle and lower reaches of Yangtze River. A total 489 tail wild H. labeo was collected in the Jinjiang Stream, Yichun City, Jiangxi Province, China, and 57 morphologic parameter was investigated. Results showed that the total length of H. labeo is 1.21± 0. 0236 times as long as body length. The body length is 4. 15 ± 0. 52 times as long as body, 3.62±0. 52 times as long as head length, 6.37± 0. 95 times as long as caudal peduncle length. The head length is 2. 53 ± 0. 38 times as long as snout length, 2. 72 ±0. 31 times as long as eye diameter, 3.53 - 0. 67 times as long as interorbital width, 2.28± 1.18 times as long as head width, 1.73± 0. 51 times the head height, 3.60 ± 0.45 times as long as mouth breadth. The caudal peduncle is 1.68 ±0. 29 times as long as caudal peduncle height. The correlation between body length (L) and body weight ( W)is W = 1.18 * 10-2L3*1614(R2 = 0. 9724). Fatness coefficient (k) is 1. 58 ± 0. 77. Viscerosomatic index (V) was 1. 20± 0. 06. Maturity index (GSI) is 3.55 ± 6. 30. The ratio of net weight to body weight is 0. 87 ± 0. 0872. Intestinal coefficient (Ci) is 0. 99±0. 11. The linear relation between body length(L) and intestinal length(Y) is Y = - 0. 6273 ± 1. 0342L(R2 = 0. 9034).
