摘要
通过对表征电站DCS系统各设备可靠性影响因素的研究,得到DCS设备级可靠性状态监测量,并通过信息化处理、计算机以及通信技术等一体化实施DCS设备在线运行状态监测系统,系统在电站实施和运行。结果证明,所研发的系统为热控检修人员提供了精细化检修指导信息,提高了基于DCS可靠运行的电站安全性。
Influence factors on the reliability of equipment of the DCS system were studied, and monitoring parameters of the reliability state were obtained.Based on the information processing technology, computer technology and communication technology, the on-line state monitoring system of DCS equipment was realized.Through the running of this system in one power plant, it was showed that this system can provide enough guidance information for fine maintenance for thermal control maintenance personnel and can improve power plant safety based on the DCS reliability.
