摘要
对一起变电倒闸操作过程中发生的10 kV母线三相电压不平衡情况进行了分析。分析过程中逐步排除10 kV母线接地、10 kV母线电压互感器(TV)高、低压熔断器熔断等原因,得出故障是由10 kV母线TV谐振所致。并通过增加一条10 kV线路送电证明了分析判断的正确性,为变电站倒闸操作提供了经验。
A fault of three-phase voltage imbalance of 10 kV busbar in the substation switching operation was analyzed.During the analysis, causes such as 10 kV busbar grounding, high-voltage and low-voltage fuse breaking of 10 kV busbar were ruled out, and the cause of failure was found to be the resonances of the voltage transformer. The correctness of analysis was proved by sending out a 10 kV line, which provided experiences for the substation switching operation.
