Research on the Application of TRACE Signaling to Improve the Performance of WCDMA Network and User Perception

通过采集分析网元记录的用户TRACE(信令跟踪)数据,能实现从用户的角度开展提升网络性能的优化工作。介绍了运用分析工具,结合现网实际与市场业务需求,对MR、呼叫记录等用户信令数据在丰富和加强WCDMA网络优化思路方法、提升室内外3G网络质量与用户感知的应用开展了专题研究。从覆盖质量、用户行为、网络问题等性能与业务分析方面,探索改进现有常规优化手段不足的方法,使WCDMA网络优化深入到每个用户的层面,为网络规划与市场策略提供了指导意见。

TRACE signaling through the collection and analysis of network user records （signaling tracking） data, to achieve the optimization work carried out to enhance network performance from the user＇s point of view. This paper introduces the application of analysis tools, combined with the existing network and the actual market demand for business, MR, call records and other users in the signaling data to enrich and strengthen the application of improving indoor 3G network quality and user perception method, optimization of WCDMA network to carry out thematic studies. From the performance analysis, user behavior, network coverage quality problems with business, explore and improve the existing methods of conventional optimization methods are insufficient, the WCDMA network optimization into each user level, to provide guidance for planning and marketing network.
