复合型金融人才“四位一体”培养模式探讨

Analysis on the Four-in-one Training Model of Financial Inter-Disciplinary Talents

本文基于"国际视野、知识结构、能力素质和职业岗位"四维框架,提出了"立体式学生指导、交互式能力训练、综合型课程设计、融合式跨界培养"的"四位一体"复合型金融人才培养模式构想,并分析了这一模式的教育功能与价值,及其实现路径和政策保障。

Based on the four-dimensional framework of ＂international horizon,knowledge structure,competence and professional position＂,this paper puts forward the ＂four-in-one＂ training model of financial inter-disciplinary talents.This model is composed of Three-dimensional Student Guidance,Interactive Competence Training,Integrated Curriculum Design,and Integrated Cross-Border Training. The educational function and value of this model,and its realization path and policy guarantee are also discussed in this paper.
