摘要
高校的基本培养模式是"厚基础、宽口径"。金融学课程教学中常见的知识传播型教学理念虽然有助于学生掌握书本知识,但在培养学生分析问题、解决问题的能力方面收效欠佳。金融学课程的实际教学效果受到课程特点、教师的授课能力与付出程度、学生的接受能力及对课程的重视程度、管理机制等因素的影响,需要在认识学生特征的基础上进行教学改革,以实现培养目标。
The basic training mode of university is characterized by "solid foundation and wide caliber". The teaching idea of knowledge dissemination which is common in the teaching practice of finance course can help the students master the theoretic knowledge, but it less effective in cultivating students' ability of analyzing and solving problems. The actual teaching effect of finance course is influenced by the characteristics of the course,teachers' teaching ability and devotion, students' acceptability and attention to the curriculum,the management mechanism and so on. To achieve the training objectives, the teaching reform should be based on the recognition of students' characteristics.
