开放式教学模式提倡突破传统教学方式,在教学活动中以学生为主体,采取多种形式激发学生的学习热情,提高教学效果。将开放式教学模式运用于《保险学》课程教学,通过设计开放式教学体系、组织开放式教学资源、运用开放式教学手段、实施开放式教学评价和坚持开放式师资培训等措施的综合实施,可以调动学生学习的积极性和主动性,取得良好的教学效果。

Open teaching mode, which is different from traditional teaching method,takes the students as the main bodies in the teaching activity,and takes various forms to stimulate the students＇ study enthusiasms to improve the teaching effect. The use of open type teaching mode in the teaching of ＂insurance＂ ,through the design of open teaching system, the organization of open teaching resources, the use of open teaching method, the implementation of open teaching evaluation and the adherence to open teacher training, can arouse students＇ enthusiasms and initiatives, achieving good teaching effect.
