基于能力培养的工商管理类本科毕业论文指导模式的研究

Research on Thesis Supervision Mode of Business Administration Undergraduate Programs Based on Ability Training

工商管理类毕业论文具有选题的宽泛性、务实性、应用性等特点,同时由于多种原因,存在选题空泛、缺乏实践、缺乏过程管理等问题。因此,为了提高毕业论文质量,为了有利于学生能力培养,论文指导模式必须要进行创新。本文以培养学生的创新能力与知识运用能力为出发点,探讨工商管理类本科毕业论文指导模式,并提出了联合群体指导模式和首席导师负责制两种可选择的指导模式。

The theses of Business Administration undergraduate programs are characterized by extensiveness,pragmatism,and applicability. Meanwhile,due to a variety of reasons,there exists the problems like vague topics,lack of practice and lack of process management. Therefore,the innovation of thesis supervision mode is urged in order to improve the quality of students＇ theses. Based on the students＇ innovation ability and knowledge application ability,this paper explores the supervision mode of the undergraduate thesis of business administration programs,and puts forward two kinds of modes,joint group mode and chief supervisor responsibility system.
