摘要
ZL301合金是一种应用广泛的铝镁合金材料,但在其熔炼过程中,因为镁的化学性质活泼,导致合金的氧化、烧损现象十分严重,影响铝镁合金的铸造生产。本文通过实验自配含镁量分别为8%、9%、10%、11%、12%、13%的6组ZL301合金来探索凝固条件对铝镁合金氧化性能的影响。
ZL301 alloy is a kind of widely-used aluminum alloys. But in the melting of this type of alloy,as the chemical property of magnesium is active,the alloy is prone to oxidation and burning,thus hindering the production. In this paper,through a preparation of six kinds of the aluminum-magnesium alloy whose content of magnesium are respectively 8%,9%,10%,11%,12%,13%,we explores the influence of solidification conditions on the oxidation of aluminum-magnesium alloy.
