随着用户用电量的不断扩大,电网系统也在不断发展,10kV配电网也越来越多。在城市配电网中,主要采用10kV环网柜进线电能传输。环网柜分布于城市的各个角落,包括地下配电房、路边配电箱等。大多数是阴暗潮湿的环境,极容易引起凝露积水。环网柜的电缆大部分都是暴露在空气中,空气干燥时电气距离满足设计要求,但是当空气严重潮湿或者凝露积水时,极易造成接头和柜体之间的绝缘下降,甚至可能会发生空气击穿放电或者是短路等事故发生。新型半导体冷凝除湿器采用半导体制冷技术,在柜的除湿器内进行局部冷却,造成局部凝露,析出水分并排出柜外,从根本上降低湿度,破坏凝露条件,达到有效防凝露产生的目的。该除湿器除了可以应用在10kV环网柜上,还可以应用于变电站端子箱、回流箱、通讯箱等容易受潮的户外箱内~[1]。

The IPM-TH21-S1 dehumidifier using semiconductor refrigeration technology, local cooling in the cabinet, causing local condensation, precipitation and water discharged out of the cabinet. Reduce humidity fundamentally destroy condensation condition, effectively prevent condensation to produce. The dehumidifier can be used in the 10 kV ring network cabinet, substation terminal box, reflux box, communication box etc.
