摘要
近几年来,众多民营实体书店在面对互联网浪潮的冲击下纷纷倒闭搬迁,民营实体书店要在这种危机下生存并取得良好成绩,需要多方面的支持。本文以贵州省为例,进一步了解贵州民营实体书店经营现状,并通过问卷调查和实地访问等研究方法,结合国内外实体书店的经营实例来分析民营实体书店陷入困境的原因,并在体验营销,经济外部性等相关理论的基础上为贵州民营实体书店未来发展提供一些建议。
