跨境电商自营模式研究——以兰亭集势为例

Research on the Mode of Cross——border Electric Business Ownership Taking Lanting 's Set as an Example

自2008年经济危机以来,我国传统外贸行业受到巨大冲击,跨境电商成为我国对外贸易的新发展趋势,而自营模式是跨境电商模式中最值得探讨和研究的方向。本文以兰亭集势为例,从营销、物流、供应链等方面进行分析,针对如何发展跨境自营模式提出了建议和对策,对跨境电商发展有重要意义。

Since the economic crisis in 2008, China＇s traditional foreign trade industry has been greatly affected. Cross-border electricity suppliers have become the new development trend of China＇s foreign trade, while selfoperated mode is the most worthy of discussion and research direction. This paper puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures on how to develop cross-border self-operated mode, which is of great significance to the development of cross-border electricity supplier.
