摘要
通过实验室模拟退火试验研究了不同退火工艺对Cr-Mn-Ni-N奥氏体不锈钢力学性能的影响,并对退火态的金相组织和晶粒度进行了检测;分析研究了不同酸洗工艺后Cr-Mn-Ni-N奥氏体不锈钢的表面状态。结果表明,退火工艺对Cr-Mn-Ni-N奥氏体不锈钢性能影响不明显,采用中性盐电解后硝酸酸洗和混酸酸洗工艺均能较好地清除钢板表面氧化皮,但需注意酸洗过程中电解电流、酸液浓度、酸温的良好配合和合理控制。
The effects of different annealing process on the mechanical properties of Cr-Mn-Ni-N stainless steel were studied by simulating the annealing experiments in laboratory. Microstructure and grain size after annealing of Cr- Mn-Ni-N stainless steel were tested. The surfaces of Cr-Mn-Ni-N stainless steel under different pickling process were analyzed. The results showed that the annealing processes had no obvious influence on the performance of Cr- Mn-Ni-N stainless steel. The oxide scale on the surface of steel plate can be eliminated by using the technology of ni- tric acid pickling and acid pickling after neutral salt electrolysis. However,it is necessary to pay attention to the co- ordination of electrolytic current,acid concentration and temperature in the process of pickling.
