摘要
单管程浮头换热器浮动端的法兰和环形板是2个受力特殊的元件。文章完善并改进了对这2个元件的受力分析,考虑了以下载荷:压力作用于膨胀节波纹管引起的轴向力,管壳程温差载荷,合理判断内压作用于法兰内径截面的轴向力的存在,正确计算作用于环形板上的力矩。同时,按活套法兰方法计算环形板,提出了更合理的计算方法,并给出了工程计算实例。
The flange and annular plate at the rear end of single-tube pass floating-head exchanger are two pressure parts acted on by a number of forces.This paper presents an improved and more complete load analysis on these two parts.The following loads are considered carefully:axial force caused by pressure acting on bellows of expansion joints,load due to differential thermal expansion between tubes and shell,rational judgment on the existence of axial force from internal pressure acting on flange diameter cross section,correct calculation of moment acting on annular plate.Meanwhile,the paper proposes a more rational calculation method based on lap joint flange and provides engineering application example.
