旋风除尘器切向矩形开孔部位的应力分析与强度评定 被引量:1

摘要 利用有限元软件ANSYS Workbench对切向矩形开孔旋风除尘器的受力进行研究,分析比较了矩形接管未经加强和矩形接管经加强筋加强后两种情况下开孔接管部位的应力分布以及变形情况,并采用线处理法对应力进行均匀化和当量线性化处理,依据JB 4732—1995进行应力分类和校核。结果表明:经加强筋加强后的旋风除尘器在开孔接管部位的变形明显减小,应力分布更加均匀;与未加强结构相比,最大等效应力由609.75 MPa降为434.6 MPa,有效降低了应力集中程度,结构强度得以提高,可满足强度要求。研究中,加强筋的设置方式能有效提高矩形开孔接管部位的结构强度,可为压力容器切向矩形开孔结构的加强设计提供参考。 This paper applies the finite element software ANSYS Workbench to make stress distribution research of tangential rectangular openings in cyclone dust collector.It analyzes and compares the stress distribution and deformation of opening nozzles in two cases of rectangular tubes:those strengthened by ribs and those without being strengthened.The paper adopts line-processing method to homogenize and linearize the stress.The stress is classified and checked according to the standard of JB4732.The results show that the deformation is obviously reduced and the stress distribution is more uniform in the opening tubing connection part with the cyclone dust collector strengthened by ribs.The maximum equivalent stress is reduced from 609.75 MPa to 434.6MPa compared with the un-strengthened structure.The concentration degree of stress is effectively decreased and the structural strength is increased accordingly,which can meet the strength requirements.During the research,the arrangement mode of the ribs can effectively improve the tube structural strength of the rectangular opening,which provides some reference for the strengthening design of rectangular opening of pressure vessels.
