摘要
甲乙酮装置水合反应器在投用后的多次定期检验中,发现焊缝中存在着较多的超标埋藏缺陷,内壁复合层的焊缝表面有较多的凹坑、气孔、夹渣、机械损伤等缺陷,复合层本体上有大量的微小圆坑,一些圆坑边缘有裂纹产生。经分析认为,反应器制造时质量控制不严是焊缝中缺陷形成的主要原因,衬里层表面裂纹是应力腐蚀环境下在表面缺陷周围产生的开裂。根据焊缝埋藏缺陷和衬里层缺陷的特征,提出了有针对性的处理方案。
Many over-standard buried defects were found in the weld during periodic inspection for many times after the hydration reactor in methyl ethyl ketone unit was put into use.Other defects including pits,pores,slag and mechanical damage were found on the weld surface of the inner wall composite layer.Plenty of micro pits were found on the composite layer body as well and cracks occurred on the edges of the pits.After analysis,it was considered that the lax quality control when manufacturing the reactor was the main reason for the defects.The surface cracking of the lining layer was the cracking that occurred around the surface imperfection in a stress corrosion environment.According to the characteristics of weld buried defects and lining layer defects,this paper puts forward some pertinent solutions.
