摘要 目前圆筒型加热炉上下环梁的结构形式大多采用组合箱式梁结构,该结构自身刚度较大,不利于抗震。并且这种辐射室上下组合环梁的结构给加热炉模块化设计及现场安装带来了一定的困难。鉴于此,以某石化炼厂1台加热炉钢结构为工程背景,借鉴国外加热炉公司的设计理念,利用三维结构分析和设计软件STAAD.Pro建立加热炉结构模型,优化了整体结构,使结构传力路线明确,利于抗震。具有工厂化制造、模块化设计的诸多优点,为圆筒型加热炉设计开拓了新的设计思路。 At present,cylindrical heater usually uses one ring composite box girder at the bottom of radiant section and the other ring composite box girder at the top of radiant section.This structure has sufficient stiffness,but it is not good for seismic resistance.In addition,the structure of cylindrical heater has brought some difficulties to modularization and field installation.In view of this,based on the steel structure of one cylindrical heater in a petrochemical refinery and referring to the design concepts of foreign heater companies,this paper optimizes the whole structure to make force transmission clearer with 3D model structure analysis and STAAD.Pro calculation.The optimum structure is conductive to seismic resistance,shop fabrication and modularization design.It opens up a new design philosophy for the design of cylindrical heaters.
