加工塔河劣质稠油的常压塔塔顶工艺防腐问题分析及处理

摘要 阐述了常压塔塔顶腐蚀机理和工艺防腐措施,对中国石化塔河炼化有限责任公司2015年2号常压塔塔顶铁离子波动情况开展技术分析,并分阶段采取了优化电脱盐操作、常压塔在线水洗、停运部分空冷、优化氨水及缓蚀剂注入量等措施,分析造成塔顶腐蚀的关键原因是:塔顶腐蚀环境pH控制过高,氨水注入后形成氯化铵盐结晶,造成垢下腐蚀。在逐渐降低常压塔塔顶氨水并中和缓蚀剂的加注量后,控制塔顶系统适宜的pH值,使常压塔塔顶腐蚀情况得到有效控制。 This paper expatiates on the atmospheric tower corrosion mechanism and anti-corrosion tech-nology measures.Aiming at the fluctuation of the iron ion at No.2atmospheric tower top of SINOPEC Tahe Refining & Chemical Co.,Ltd.in 2015,it makes technical analysis and takes such measures as optimization of electric desalting operation,online water washing of atmospheric tower,outage of part of air cooler,optimization of ammonia and corrosion inhibitor injection volume on different sections.Through analysis,the paper identifies that the main reason for the overhead corrosion is the overhigh pH control in overhead corrosive environment,resulting in under-deposit corrosion with crystallization of ammonium chloride after injecting ammonia.After reducing the ammonia and neutralization corrosion inhibitor dosing gradually and controlling proper pH value of the overhead system,the overhead corrosion of atmospheric tower is under effective control.
