摘要
主要介绍了Inconel600在基材15CrMo锻件上带极电渣堆焊的试验过程及结果,并以此为依据编制焊接工艺,用来指导焦炭塔下封头过渡段内壁的带极电渣堆焊。通过对堆焊接头的各项检测数据以及该设备安全服役的反馈信息,证明评定试验数据是准确可靠的,焊接工艺是可行合理的。
This paper mainly introduces the test process and results of strip electroslag overlaying Inconel600 on the base metal 15 CrMo forging.And based on this,the welding process is prepared to guide the strip electroslag overlaying of the inner wall of the coke tower lower head transition section.Through various test data of the welded joint and the feedback information of the equipment in safe servicing,it is proved that the test data is accurate and reliable and the welding process is feasible and reasonable.
