摘要
近年来,低温储运技术在国民经济诸多领域的应用日益广泛,低温液体汽车罐车作为LNG陆地运输最主要的交通工具,是一种典型的移动式压力容器。其主要结构特点为带有夹套式结构的真空保温层。为了确保LNG汽车罐车安全运行,防止事故发生,按国家有关规定必须对其进行定期技术检验。文章介绍了LNG汽车罐车罐体的结构特点,并结合技术检验工作实践,探讨了定期检验过程中存在的相关问题,如真空度测量、安全附件检查、试验介质选择以及行车追尾安全防护等。
In recent years,cryogenic storage and transportation technology is widely used in many fields of national economy.As the main tool of LNG transportation on land,cryogenic liquid road tanker is a typical mobile pressure vessel.The main structural feature is vacuum insulation layer with jacketed structure.In order to ensure the safe operation of LNG road tanker and prevent accidents,periodic technical inspection must be carried out according to the relevant provisions of the state.This paper introduces the structural features of the container of LNG road tanker.Combining with the technical inspection work during regular inspection,the paper discusses relevant issues on periodic inspection such as vacuum measurement,safety accessory inspection,experimental media selection and rear-end safety protection.
