摘要 介绍了某电厂燃煤锅炉烟气超洁净排放改造技术方案,改造方案需结合现有脱硫、除尘和脱硝设施。脱硫方案可在现有石灰石-石膏湿脱硫的基础上通过加高脱硫塔及增加喷淋层进一步降低二氧化硫浓度;在完善现有除尘系统的基础上,在脱硫塔尾部安装一台湿式静电除尘器实现烟尘达标;采用SNCR+SCR组合脱硝工艺可使氮氧化物浓度小于50mg/Nm^3。改造后锅炉达到了超净排放标准。对投用后的3号、4号锅炉的运行数据及存在问题进行了分析和总结。 This paper introduces the ultra clean emission technical revamp scheme for a coal-fired power plant. The revamp scheme needs to combine with the existing desulfurization,dust removal and gentrification facilities. Based on the existing limestone-gypsum wet desulfurization,the height of desulfurization tower is increased and spray layer is added to further reduce sulfur dioxide concentration in the desulfurization plan. Based on improving the existing dust removal system,a wet electrostatic precipitator is installed in the tail of the desulfurization tower to make the dust emission reach the standards. The concentration of nitrogen oxides can be less than 50 mg / Nm3 by using SNCR + SCR combined gentrification technology. After the boiler has been revamped,ultra clean emission standards are achieved. The operating data and existing problems of the 3#and 4#boiler after they are put into use are analyzed and summarized.
