电渗析装置问题与应对设想

摘要 卧式结构、级段数过多、电极密度不够、无进水级缓冲装置、进水p H高等是某企业电渗析装置频繁出现故障的原因。目前通过极水独立循环、停止浓水回注、进口调p H等措施稳定了运行。电渗析装置还可以通过改变进水水源、更新高密度电极、增加进水缓冲电动缓开阀等措施进一步稳定运行。 Such problems as horizontal structure,too many stage numbers,insufficient electrode density,no water level flushing device,high influent p H value and so on are the reasons for the frequent failure of electrodialysis device in certain enterprise. At present,the operation is stabilized through independent circulation of polar water,stopping reinjection of concentrated water and adjusting import p H value and other measures. The operation of electrodialysis device can be further stabilized by changing the influent water,updating high density electrode and increasing influent buffer electric valve and other measures.
