摘要
污水处理厂的处理标准在逐年提高,而流砂过滤器取代了传统的过滤方式,已成为目前污水处理领域的热点之一。结合流砂过滤工艺在石化废水深度处理中的应用,对其工艺原理、工艺特点进行综合分析,并针对流砂过滤器运行中出现的提砂管不提砂、三相分离器向上喷砂、COD和SS去除率偏低等问题,分析了原因并给出了相应的解决措施。工业应用表明,流砂过滤器具有可连续运行,操作控制较简便,占地省、处理效果稳定等特点,在石化废水深度处理中取得较为理想的效果。
With the raise of wastewater treatment standards year by year,sandflo-filter has replaced the traditional filtering methods and became one of the hot topics in wastewater treatment. Combining with the application of sandflo-filter in the advanced treatment of petrochemical wastewater,this paper makes a comprehensive introduction to the process principles and characteristics of sandflo-filter. Aiming at the problems of no sand from the sand blaster,upward sand blast from the three-phase separator and low removal rate of COD and SS and so on,the paper analyzes the reasons for these problems and presents corresponding solutions. Industrial application indicates that sandflo-filter has the advantages of continuous operation,simple operation and management,less space occupation and stable treatment effect. The application of sandflo-filter has received satisfactory effects in advanced treatment of petrochemical wastewater.
