摘要
风电并网方式主要分为分布式接入和集中式接入,分别针对两种接入方式,研究风电接入后对电网继电保护的影响。分布式接入时,风电接入影响配电网电流保护的灵敏度、保护范围,甚至造成保护误动或拒动;集中式接入时,风电弱电源特性可能造成风场侧继电保护故障误选相及距离保护拒动,并且风电故障期间低电压穿越控制(LVRT)策略使得风电机组故障暂态特性完全不同于传统同步机组,将直接影响各类保护的动作行为。
Wind power connects to grid system in two main ways, distributed integration and centralized integration. The influence of the two wind power integration way on power system protection is analyzed respectively. For distributed integration, wind power connection will affect sensitivity and protection range of distribution network current protection, and even will cause protection mal-operation or non-operation. For centralized integration, wind farm weak power characteristics will affect fault phase selection of relay protection and cause distance protection non-operation. Besides, because of low- voltage ride-through (LVRT) control methods for wind turbine, wind turbine fault transient characteristics are completely different from traditional synchronous generator, which will directly affect the performance of all kinds of protection action.
