Cases involving spontaneous aphakic change in the visual axis are rare in Outpatient Clinics. However, we can often ascertain the past events affecting the patient＇s eye by examining its current status. The placement of the dislocated internal material of the lens, the remnant lens capsular bag status, lens and zonular status of the contralateral eve.
