摘要 根据农业产业结构特点,对河北省机械化保护性耕作技术进行评价,提出促进此项技术持续发展、推广的对策,以化解土地资源短缺对区域经济增长的限制。通过分析机械化保护性耕作技术产生的效益和存在的问题,提出了相应的对策:加强技术宣传、培训;搞好试验示范,充分发挥农机合作社的辐射作用;农机农艺结合,创新完善技术模式;创新服务推广模式;建立完善的投入机制;完善市场推广机制。 According to the characteristics of agricultural industrial structure,evaluation of mechanized conservation tillage technique in Hebei province was carried out. Countermeasures to promote sustainable development and popularization of this technology were put forward in order to solve restriction of land resource shortage on regional economic growth. Benefits and problems of mechanized conservation tillage technique were analyzed. Countermeasures were put forward. First,strengthening technical propaganda and training. Second,doing a good job of experimental demonstration and playing radiation effect of agricultural cooperatives adequately. Third,agricultural machinery combining agronomy,innovativing and improving technology model. Fourth,innovativing service promotion model. Fifth,establishing sound investment mechanism. Last,improving marketing mechanism.
