摘要
目的探讨冠状动脉粥样硬化患者血清脂肪型脂肪酸结合蛋白(adipocyte fatty acid-binding protein,A-FABP)与肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)的浓度,并分析两者的相关性。方法选取2010年3月至2012年5月在第三军医大学第三附属医院治疗的85例冠状动脉粥样硬化患者作为研究对象,根据冠状动脉造影情况,将出现动脉粥样硬化斑块的41例患者作为斑块组,未出现动脉粥样硬化斑块的44例患者作为无斑块组。观察两组A-FABP、TNF-α浓度以及两者之间的相关性。结果斑块组A-FABP及TNF-α浓度明显高于无斑块组,差异有统计学意义(t=10.580、t=7.184,P<0.05);冠状动脉粥样硬化患者A-FABP与TNF-α间存在正相关关系(r=0.52,P<0.001)。结论冠状动脉粥样硬化斑块患者A-FABP与TNF-α浓度升高,两者呈正相关,推测两者在该病发生与发展过程中起重要作用。
Objectives To discuss the concentrations of adipocyte fatty acid-binding protein(A-FABP) and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) in atherosclerotic plaques, and to analyze their relationship. Methods Eighty-five patients with atherosclerotic disease in The Third Affiliated Hospital of Third Military Medical University from March2010 to May 2012 were selected as the research subjects. Patients with atherosclerotic plaques were in plaque group(n=41) and other patients without atherosclerotic plaques were in non-plaque group(n=44). Concentrations of A-FABP and TNF-α of the two groups were observed and their relationship was analyzed. Results Concentrations of A-FABP and TNF-α in plaque group were significantly higher than those in non-plaque group(t =10.580,t =7.184; P〈0.05).Correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between A-FABP and TNF-α(r =0.52, P〈0.001).Conclusions Concentrations of A-FABP and TNF-α in patients with atherosclerotic plaques elevate and they have a positive correlation. It is suggested that the two factors play an important role in the process of occurrence and development of atherosclerotic plaques.
