充血性心力衰竭患者血浆同型半胱氨酸浓度与左心室射血分数的关系

Relationship between plasma concentration of homocysteine and left ventricular ejection fraction in patients with congestive heart failure

目的探讨充血性心力衰竭患者血浆同型半胱氨酸浓度与左心室射血分数的相关性。方法选择2013年3月至2015年9月丽江市人民医院收治的200例充血性心力衰竭患者为研究对象,收集患者年龄,性别及体质量指数等,完善超声心动图检查及心肌标志物检查,使用Spearman单因素分析对数据进行相关性分析。结果在充血性心力衰竭患者中,血浆同型半胱氨酸浓度与左心室射血分数呈负相关(r=0.31,P<0.05,y=-11.16x+656.26)。结论在充血性心力衰竭患者中,血浆同型半胱氨酸浓度与左心室射血分数呈负相关,针对血浆同型半胱氨酸的治疗可以有效改善慢性心功能衰竭患者左心室射血分数。

Objectives To investigate the correlation between plasma concentration of homocysteine and left ventricular ejection fraction（ LVEF） in patients with congestive heart failure. Methods Totally 200 patients with congestive heart failure were collected from March 2013 to September 2015 in People ′ s Hospital of Lijiang as the research objects. Age, gender and body mass index（ BMI） of the patients were collected. Ultrasonic cardiogram and cardiac index were analyzed by Spearman ′ s single factor analysis. Results In patients with congestive heart failure,plasma concentration of homocysteine and LVEF was negatively correlated（ r = 0. 31, P〈0. 05, y =-11. 16 x ＋656. 26）. Conclusions In patients with congestive heart failure, plasma concentration of homocysteine and LVEF are negatively correlated. Treatment on plasma homocysteine can effectively improve LVEF in patients with chronic heart failure.
