The Fiction's Road in the Tang Dynasty——A Study of Narratives about the Main Post Road between Changan and Luoyang

唐代的京洛大道连接长安、洛阳两大政治中心,是唐帝国最为核心的一条交通路线。在这条交通要道上,密集地分布着馆驿、城邑、关津、祠庙。特殊的地理位置与频繁的人员往来,使得京洛大道成为一个动态的地理空间,体现在小说叙事中,京洛大道上不同的地点产生了不同的叙事功能。根据情节需要,叙事者选择这条路上的某些地点来设置情节,形成了一条开放而又独立的"小说之路"。对这条路上的小说叙事进行研究,可以对唐代的行役文学有更加全面深入的了解。

The main post road between Changan and Luoyang connects the two major political centers in the Tang Dynasty,and is a core traffic route of the Empire.Courier stations,states,county towns,passes and temples are densely situated on this main road.Its special geographical location and busy traffic make it a dynamic geographical space,which creates not only a famou'spoetry's road'butalso a veritable'novels' road'.By analyzing these relevant fictional narratives we can comprehensively understand the literature of travel and service of the Tang Dynasty.
