Sino-Israeli Innovative Cooperation in “the Belt and Road” Strategy

随着"一带一路"战略的提出,拥有独特创新优势的以色列作为新丝路的重要战略支点作用愈加凸显。近年来,持续升温的中以关系使得两国创新合作在多个领域如火如荼展开,特别是两次中以创新合作联合委员会的召开,使得双方在贸易往来、平台搭建、学术交流、民间互访等领域有了长足的发展。然而,中以创新合作仍存有诸多问题,强度、广度、深度、力度都尚存较大提升空间。如何在当前建设"一带一路"的宏伟构想下,全面提升中以两国创新合作关系,通过政策沟通、设施联通、贸易畅通、资金融通、民心相通等合作策略实现优势互补、互利共赢,成为中国向创新型经济转轨的关键。

Israel is an important strategic position in the New Silk Road.Recently the Joint Committee of Sino-Israeli Innovative Cooperation has greatly furthered the trade contact,academic exchange and nongovernmental visits.However,the cooperation is still inadequate in intensity,breadth,depth,and strength.Currently new development of the Sino-Israeli Innovative Cooperation in policy,facilities,trade,capital and popular sentiments will play a crucial part in China's transition to innovative economy.
