摘要
由决策于环境的不确定性,供应商选择问题存在大量的模糊信息。而且专家在给各属性打分时往往会有一定程度的优柔寡断,从而给出的不是一个确定性决策矩阵,而是犹豫模糊决策矩阵。这种情况下传统的确定型模型已经不能够很好地处理供应商选择问题。文中基于VIKOR算法建立了供应商选择的犹豫模糊多准则模型,并且结合实际算例验证模型的可行性和有效性。
Due to the uncertainty of decision making environment, there is much fuzzy information in the supplier selection problems. And experts to grade the attributes tend to have a certain degree of indecision, which is not a deterministic decision matrix, but hesitant fuzzy decision matrix. The model has been difficult to handle traditional vendor selection problem in this case. In this paper, based on the VIKOR method, a fuzzy multiple criteria model for supplier selection is established. Finally, an example is illustrated to show that the model proposed in this paper is feasible and effective.
