摘要
永久基本农田作为耕地的精华,是真正的"保命田",它的科学划定和精细化管理对于保护耕地,保障粮食安全,引导各地走串联式、组团式、卫星城式的新型城镇化发展道路,以及生态文明建设等起着非常关键的作用。本文介绍了永久基本农田的划定思路与方法,并选取平罗县作为试点地区,对永久基本农田划定方法进行验证;同时为加强永久基本农田保护与管理提出相应的建议。
Basic farmland, the essence of arable land, is the real ＂lifesaving land＂. Its scientific delineation and meticulous management play an important role in protecting arable land, ensuring food security, guiding new road of urbanization, and constructing ecological civilization. Demarcation technology and method of permanent basic farmland was discussed in this paper with suggestions on its protection and management.
