摘要
于2013年春季(4月)、夏季(7月)、秋季(10月)及2014年冬季(1月)采集水样,对阅海湖浮游生物的种类组成、密度和生物量、优势种组成及物种多样性进行了调查研究。结果表明:阅海湖内浮游植物共92种,分属8门68属;绿藻占总种类数的45.7%,硅藻门25.0%,蓝藻门15.2%,其他15.1%;其中蓝藻优势种最多,有4种;Margalef指数为3.896,Shannon-Wiener指数为3.341,均匀度指数为0.834。浮游动物共29种,其中轮虫19种(占65.5%)、枝角类8种(占27.6%)、桡足类2种(占6.9%);Margalef指数为2.530,Shannon-Wiener指数变为3.104,均匀度指数为0.772。综合评价得出,阅海湖水体已经受到一定程度的污染,水体呈现中度富营养化。
Research on the species composition, density and biomass, dominant species composition and species diversity of the plankton species was carried out by collecting water samples in the spring of 2015(April), summer(July), autumn(October), and winter(January) of 2016. Results showed that there were 92 species, belonging to 8 phyla and 68 genera of Chlorophyta, of phytoplanktonin Yuehai Lake, among which cyanobacteria took up 45.7% of the total number, bacillariophyta25%, Cyanophyta 15.2%, the rest 15.1%. The dominant species were cyanobacteria with 4 species; Margalef index was3.896, Shannon-Wiener index 3.341 and evenness index 0.834. There were 29 kinds of zooplankton, including 19 species of rotifers which accounted for 65.5%, 8 species of Cladocera and copepods which accounted for 27.6%, 2 species of copepod which accounted for 6.9%; Margalef index was 2.530, the Shannon-Wiener index 3.104, and the evenness index 0.772. It was concluded that the lake was contaminated to some extent with moderate eutrophication.
