摘要
介绍国内外成型炉料与其他几种磷矿加工预处理的物化特性、区别,从磷酸盐与碳水化学反应机理等论证成型炉料技术的可行性;通过对国内外成型炉料的应用的研究、以及现状和问题分析,指出成型炉料、粘合剂、干燥强度和工艺操作等参数的科学优化、严格选择,是保证质量和取得最佳效果的条件。
This paper introduces the physicochemical characteristics, differences of some molding charges and other phosphateores during processing pretreatment home and abroad. The technology of molding charge is proven to be feasible from many perspectives such as the chemical reaction mecha- nism of phosphate combined with carbon water. This paper puts forward technical optimization and strict selection measures for molding charges, adhesives, drying intensity, process operation parameters and so forth, which is critical for ensuring the product quality and conditions for achieving the optimum effect in terms of the domestic and foreign application into molding chargesas well as analysis for the current issues and situation.
