环境教育类公益网站的有效性及其优化策略研究

On Effectiveness of Charity Website for Environmental Education and Its Optimization Strategy

随着互联网上的信息资源数量呈指数增长,网络信息资源的质量不均衡状态愈加严重。环境教育类网站作为重要的公益展示平台,其网站建设的有效性对于环境教育事业的发展至关重要。本文以环境教育探索网和海南省环境教育网为例,采用问卷调查法,选取网站内容有效性、操作设计有效性和连通成本有效性3方面的内容来客观评价网站的有效性。研究结果表明:环境教育探索网和海南省环境教育网的有效性都有待提高,网站操作设计有效性更是急需改善的内容,网站定期维护则是提升有效性的主要途径。

As the number of information resources on the Internet is increasing, the quality of the network information resources imbalance become more serious.The environmental education website as an important public service platform, the effectiveness of website construction is crucial for the development of environment protection.In this study,we take two web site as exam- ples, they are the web site of environmental education in Hainan province and the exploration of environmental education,and u- sing the method of questionnaire survey, selected content effectiveness, operational and design effectiveness and connected cost effectiveness as standard to evaluate the effectiveness of the two websites.The results showed that the effectiveness about them both should be improved, the operational and design effectiveness even more urgent to be improved.In one words, regular maintenance is the main way to enhance the effectiveness.
