高强度间歇训练对肥胖青年女性减肥效果的研究 被引量:21

摘要 目的:通过比较高强度间歇和中强度持续训练两组运动干预,初步探讨高强度间歇运动的减肥效果。方法:选取40名青年肥胖女性随机分成两组,分别进行12周的干预。试验前后分别对身体形态、成分、肺活量以及血液等指标进行测量。结果:相同耗能量,高强度间歇训练可以降低青年肥胖女性腹部内脏脂肪含量(P<0.01),而中强度持续训练(P>0.05)却无此效果;高强度间歇训练与中强度持续训练均可减少腹部皮下脂肪,降低腰臀比,但前者效果更明显;其他身体指标例如体重、fat%和BMI等两组运动干预效果无显著性差异。结论:高强度间歇训练对肥胖青年女性有较好的减肥效果。 Objective:By comparing the high intensity interval training(HIIT) and moderate intensity continuous training(MCT) , It preliminarily discussed the effect of high intensity interval training on loss weight. Methods: 40 obese young women were randomly assigned into group HIIT and group MCT, and accepted 12 weeks of exercise intervention respectively. It measured their body shape, its composition, vital capacity, blood and other indicators before and after test. Results : With equivalent energy expenditure, reduction of abdominal visceral fat areas (AVFA) was only found in group HIIT (P 〈 0.01 ) ,but not in MCT (P 〉 0.05 ).After training, the reduction of abdominal subcutaneous fat areas(ASFA)and Waist-to-hip ratio(WHR) in group HIIT were higher than those in group MCT. There were no significant differences in other parameters in two groups. Conclusions: High intensity interval training on obese young women have a good result in losing weight.
