摘要
马钢两座7.63 m焦炉年设计产焦炭220万t,现每天正常出炉数约135炉左右。四大机车在出焦时,出焦除尘风机高速信号需启动,出焦结束后,出焦除尘风机由高速转为低速,这样有利于冷却除尘钢管及电机。介绍了马钢7.63 m焦炉机车系统、推焦计划系统、出焦除尘系统的实现联锁的原因、手段方法、过程及效果。
Two 7.63 m batteries of Masteel that be designed to produce cokes about 2.2 million tons per year,now pushing coke is about 135 ovens everyday.while in the pushing coke stage,high-speed signal of dedusting fan should be started,after finished pushing,in order to cooling the steel tube and motor,the dedusting fan transform higher speed to lower speed.This article introduce the reason 、method、process and effect of the interlocking between 7.63 m oven Machines、coke pushing system and dedusting system.
