党的十八届四中全会做出了全面推进依法治国的重大战略决策。具体到高校,就是要依法治校,把教书育人的活动纳入到法治轨道上来。这不仅是高校深化教育教学改革、推动长效稳定发展的重要支持,也是提升高校综合管理能力和效率,提高人才培养质量的重要保障。在依法治校的背景下做好高校思想政治教育,既是衡量高校思想政治教育水平、提升思想政治教育实效的重要方面,也有利于实现建设和谐校园这一广大师生的共同愿景。因此,在依法治校的背景下探讨大学生思想政治教育意义重大。
