摘要
为快速筛选具有恢复基因的材料,为后续基因型的鉴定和组合配制提供参考,利用BSA法对2套不同的辣(甜)椒细胞质雄性不育(CMS)三系材料恢复标记进行筛选,结果从6对标记引物中获得引物对BAC13T7SCAR6适宜检测甜椒恢复基因,扩增大小为500~700 bp;其准确性还在进一步验证中。
In order to rapidly screen some materials with restoration genes to provide reference for the subsequent identification and combination of genotypes, six pairs of known restorer-of-fertility gene linked markers were used to test restorer genes in two different sets of cytoplasmic male sterility 3-line materials(Capsicum annuum L.) in this study. Restorer genes could be found in sweet pepper restorer lines by using marker BAC13T7SCAR6 and the amplified productsize was about 500 to 700 bp. And the further study is now in progress.
