信息技术环境下职业学校教师角色转换研究

摘要 信息技术环境下,我国职业教育蓬勃发展。为了进一步弘扬"劳动光荣、技能宝贵、创造伟大"的时代风尚,实现"弘扬工匠精神,打造技能强国"的目标。要求每一位职业学校教师都需要不断调整和改变自己的"角色",尽快使自己成长为一名名副其实的"双师型""复合型"教师,使自己的教育方式尽快适应高速发展的职业教育改革的需要,满足广大学生渴求知识和技能的需求。笔者着重阐释了信息技术环境下职业学校教师角色转换的7个方面:师生关系的缔造者、学生能力提升的服务者、教学工作的合作者、学生成长的欣赏者、学生学习的引导者、超越自我的学习者和教学过程的反思者。 Under the information technology environment, China's vocational education vigorous development. In order to further carry forward the "labor glorious, skills, precious, create a great" era of fashion, to achieve "carry forward the spirit,build skills powers" goal. Require every vocational school teachers need to continuously adjust and change their "character", as soon as possible to grow up to be a worthy of the name "compound" teachers "double division type", make their own way to education to adapt the needs of the rapid development of vocational education reform, meet the needs of the broad masses of students' thirst for knowledge and skills. The author emphatically discusses the information technology environment of vocational school teachers' role conversion seven aspects: the relationship between teachers and students, students' ability to ascend the architects of the server and admirer of teaching, students' development, guide students to learn, beyond the learners and the teaching process of self reflection.
