徐特立“群众本位”教育观对中国传统教育观念的传承与超越

摘要 "群众本位"教育观是徐特立教育思想的精华。基于教育对国家发展重要性的认识,"群众本位"教育观是对孔子"有教无类"思想的一脉相承,其超越之处在于打破了古代因政治造成的教育不平等,追求政治思想教育与人文修养教育并重,批判性地包容并蓄政治立场以外符合人发展需要的文化知识与教育思想。新课程改革强调培养"学生发展核心素养",徐特立教育思想在"批判"中生成与发展,对教师队伍教育思维批判性的培养有借鉴作用。 "Mass-oriented" education idea is the essence of XU Te-li's educational thoughts. Based on the recognition of the importance of education to a country's development,the "mass-oriented" education idea is the inheritance of Confucius' thought of "teaching without considering students'classes". The transcendence lies in breaking through the ancient educational inequality caused by politics, pursuing political and ideological education and Humanistic education, critically including cultural knowledge and educational thinking meeting needs of human development outside political positions. The new curriculum reform emphasizes the cultivation of the core qualities of students' development. XU Te-li's educational thoughts are generated and developed in the "criticism", which can be used as a reference for the training of teachers' educational thinking.
