中小学心理健康教育工作者专业素养问卷的编制及其信效度分析

摘要 通过对中小学心理健康教育工作者的专业素养进行调查研究,建构了适应心理健康教育实际需求的中小学心理健康教育工作者的专业素养结构模型和相关问卷,问卷能较完整地显示中小学心理健康教育工作者专业素养结构状况,且具有较好的信效度。利用该问卷调查当前中小学心理健康教育工作者对其专业素养的认知,10项内容的评价得分从高到低依次是:为人师表、观察敏锐、知识丰富、亲和助人、热爱学生、自我控制、学习能力、从业资格、身心健康、协调能力。这一问卷的制定能为提升中小学心理健康教育工作者的专业素养提供理论和实践依据,从而促进其专业成长,实现其职业价值。 By investigating the professional accomplishment of mental health educators in primary and middle schools, this paper constructs a model of professional literacy structure and related questionnaires for mental health educators in primary and middle schools, which can adapt to the actual needs of mental health education. The questionnaire can manifest the professional quality and structure status of metal health educators in primary and middle schools intactly, which has good reliability and validity.The survey on cognition of mental health educators of their professional literacy in the current primary and secondary schools shows that 10 content evaluation scores from high to low are: teachers as models, keen observation, rich knowledge, being ready to help others, loving students, self control, learning ability, qualification, physical and mental health and coordination ability. The questionnaire can provide theoretical and practical basis for improving the professional quality of mental health educators in primary and middle schools, so as to promote their professional growth and realize their professional value.
