摘要
伴随地铁步入网络化运营阶段后,路网指挥中心调度员担负网络化运营下高密度、高协调的行车指挥任务,其胜任能力决定着整个网络的运营安全和运营效率。目的:文章依据胜任力理论,构建区别"线路杰出调度员"的"路网杰出调度员"胜任力特征模型。方法:结合O*NET工作分析法与BEI行为事件访谈法两种方法,借助Spencer模型编制《杰出调度员胜任力特征辞典》,运用SPSS与Amos软件工具对数据进行统计、分析及验证。结果:经过探索性因子与验证性因子分析,构建了职业素养、核心能力、综合能力与专业能力4个维度13项特征的二阶胜任力模型。结论:胜任力模型能有效地鉴别不同运营模式下杰出调度员的胜任特征,对日趋完善网络化运营"杰出调度员"的培养具有一定理论与指导意义。
With the metro into the network operation stage, dispatchers of the traffic control center take charge of network operations command under high - density, and high coordination , which competence determines the metro operation safety and transport efficiency. Objective :To construct competency model of " excellent dispatcher" distinguish lines and road networks ,which based on the competency theory. Methods:Combining O * NET work analysis and BEI critical behavioral event interviewing methods, using the Spencer dictionary to compile the competency dictionary, using SPSS and Amos tools for data statistics, analysis and verification. Results:After exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis, it buihs the professionalism , core competence, comprehensive ability and professional a- bility of the 4 dimensions of the 13 characteristics of the second - order competency model. Conclusion:The competency model competency can effectively identify competency characteristics of " excellent dispatcher" for different operating modes, which has certain theoretical and practical significance for the training of "excellent dispatcher" on the increasingly perfect network operation .
