不同术式治疗白内障在复明工程中的效果分析

Analysis ofeffect of different surgical treatment of cataract in Sight Restoration Project

目的研究不同术式应用于老年性白内障治疗在复明工程中的综合效果。方法选取本院2014年3月至2016年6月在复明工程期间收治的老年性白内障患者共160例作为研究对象,将其随机均分为对照组和实验组,其中对照组采用超声乳化手术进行治疗,实验组则采用小切口囊外摘除术进行治疗,对两组患者治疗后的视力恢复情况和并发症的发生率进行统计分析。结果实验组患者经过治疗后视力恢复与对照组无明显差异(P>0.05),实验组患者发生并发症的几率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在复明工程中用小切口囊外摘除术治疗老年性白内障能够降低手术成本,减少术后并发症的发生率,达到患者满意的治疗效果,具有很高的临床推广价值。

Objective To study the effect of different surgical treatment of cataract in the Sight Restoration Project .Methods A total of 160 cases of senile cataract patients , in our hospital from March 2014 to June 2016 in the period of the Sight Restoration Project , as the research object , the control group was treated with phacoemulsification , and the experimental group was treated with small incision .The visual acuity and the incidence of complications after treatment in two groups were analyzed statistically .Results After treatment , the visual recovery effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）, and the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of the control group （ P〈0.05） .Conclusions For senile cataract , small incision extra capsular cataract extraction can effectively improve the patient ＇s treatment effect, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications , with a high clinical value .
