阴道彩超对子宫内膜息肉的诊断价值

Diagnostic value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of endometrial polyps

目的分析研究阴道彩超对子宫内膜息肉的临床诊断价值。方法选取2015年9月至2016年7月在本院由于子宫异常出血采取经阴道彩超检查,初步确诊为子宫内膜息肉的患者120例,经过阴道彩超于月经前与月经后对比观察,在子宫腔可以发现不规则强回声。结果经阴道彩超确诊的患者为112例,与病理学诊断结果的116例相比,诊断准确率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论子宫内膜息肉采取阴道彩超诊断的临床准确性高,且可反复多次进行,属于无创诊断,具备较高的推广意义。

Objective To analyze transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonugraphy in clinical diagnosis value of endometrial polyps. Methods Selected from September 2015 to July 2016 in the hospital due to abnormal uterine bleeding by transvaginal ultrasound examination of patients, preliminary diagnosis of endometrial polyps in 120 cases, after the comparison of observation for transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound before menstruation and menstruation, uterine cavity was found irregular strong echo.Results 112 cases were diagnosed by transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound, compared with 116 cases of pathological diagnosis, results showed no significant difference in accuracy （P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Clinical accuracy of vaginal color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of endometrial polyps is high, which can be repeated several times, belonging to the non-invasive diagnosis with a high significance.
