摘要
本文设计了以STC90C51单片机为核心的数据采集器,给出了该系统软、硬件的实现方法。在分析了单片机与组态王之间的通信方式以及相关通信协议的基础上设计了基于RS-485总线过程参数采集转换系统,上位机采用组态王软件进行数据的显示、处理和存储。该系统实现了远程过程参数实时测控功能。
The paper designs a data acquisition system which centers around the single chip computer STC90C51, and presents the im- plementation method of the software and hardware of the system. By analyzing tile communication mode between the single chip comput- er and kingview as well as the ivlative protocols, the procedure parameter acquisition and convelsion system based on RS -485 are de- signed. Data display, treatment and storage are implemented by real - time monitoring function of procedure parameters.
