摘要
为了降低典型港口设备因采用传统的电阻能耗制动或摩擦制动造成的能量浪费,通过分析研究回馈制动和常规储能制动的优缺点,针对港口设备起吊高度高、起吊质量大、重复性强的特点,基于电机变频调速和回馈制动技术,提出重物势能回收并采用重锤储能的制动方案。该方案容易实施,节能减排效果明显,所用储能器件成本低、使用寿命长,具有广阔的应用前景。
In order to reduce the resistance of the typical port equipment due to the traditional energy consumption braking or caused by friction braking energy waste,it analyzes the characteristics of regenerative braking and conventional energy storage braking. Aiming at such features of port equipment like the high lifting height,heavy lifting weight,strong repeatability,variable- frequency drive,it applies the benefits of AC back braking and common energy store braking,puts forward a braking plan of static energy recovery of heavy storage for port equipment. This project has high efficiency,less- costly,easy- using,and is worth applying widely in crane equipment.
