摘要
人体生理性雌激素在血清中的含量很低,但对建立和维持女性第二性征、妊娠等有着不可替代的重要作用。雌激素水平的测定是临床了解女性内分泌功能和诊断内分泌失调相关疾病的重要手段。随着分析技术的不断发展,雌激素在医学实验室的检测方法从放射免疫法,到酶免疫法,化学发光法,发展为气相色谱串联质谱法和液相色谱串联质谱法,这些技术在雌激素检测、相关疾病监测和预后判断等方面发挥了重要作用。
Estrogen in human serum plays the irreplaceable roles in pregnancy. It can establish and maintain female secondary sexual characteristics in a low concentration. Determination of estrogen concentrations is an effective means to understand the female endocrine function and diagnose diseases associated with endocrine disorders clinically. With the development of analysis techniques, various types of estrogen determination methods in medical laboratory are established from radioimmunoassay and enzyme immunoassay to enzyme immunoassay and gas or liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry. These technologies play vital roles in estrogen detection, related disease monitoring and prognosis.
