当“新工人”遭遇“梦想秀”——一个文化研究的媒介分析实践

When “New Workers” Come Across “Dream Show”——Analysis and Practice of a Cultural Research Media

当新工人遭遇日益资本化的电视产业,无论是新工人的生存境遇,还是新工人的情感诉求以及他们的文化理念,新工人面临的困境,都更加触目惊心地暴露出来。他们在城市工作、生活,但是,除了无法拥有住房这一最大宗的生活资料外,其余生活资料的拥有状况也不可能有多好,更重要的是,教育资源、媒介生产及传播等方面的生产资料更几乎完全被资本和官僚集团以及技术精英集团所掌握。在这样的情势下,当电视节目将新工人及其文化生产作为再现对象的时候,新工人与主流意识形态的矛盾和冲突更加显豁地呈现出来。本文通过对2014年5月北京皮村社区活动中心文艺小组成员参与浙江卫视节目"中国梦想秀"的遭遇的分析,揭示在主流媒介的生产和再现过程中被过度剥夺的新工人更加严酷的生存现实,同时,希望通过对电视节目的视频在网络空间传播的反应,寻找新工人文化生产和传播的可能性空间。

When they come across increasingly capitalized TV industry, the new workers are exposed to the helpless plight in many aspects： living circumstance, emotional appeals, cultural concepts, and so on. Living and working in the cities, they are not entitled to own an apartment, which is important property in cities. They don＇t have much living materials, either. What is more, they are almost deprived of the opportunity of education, media production and diffusion, which are mostly controlled by capital groups and bureaucratic groups and technical elite groups. In this case, when television programs try to involve these new workers and their cultural production, emerge the contradictions and conflicts between the new workers and the mainstream ideology. The members of community center at Beijing＇s Picun Village participated in Zhejiang Satellite TV program ＂China Dream Show＂ in May 2014. Through the analysis of this participation, this article reveals the operation of mainstream media and the bitter living environment of the deprived new workers. It hopes to better the cultural production and diffusion for the new workers via the spread of TV programs on the webs.
