摘要
随着科技创新和技术进步以及新材料的出现,电脑一体机热敏版纸代替了铁笔蜡纸、打字蜡纸等文印材料和方法,与静电复印相比,在复印批量较大时具有单份价格低的优点。一体机热敏版纸被广泛使用于制作文件、讲义、试卷等场合。为改变传统热敏版纸原纸生产所需的桑皮、枸皮等韧皮纤维制浆过程带来的水环境污染和提升原纸的品质,试验采用LPET/PET双组分聚酯纤维、PET纤维和剑麻纤维进行组份优化并确定合理的打浆工艺,在侧浪式长网纸机或斜网纸机上生产热敏版纸原纸,再在涂布机上进行黏合剂涂布增强,制成性能优异的新型热敏版纸原纸,获得良好的效果。
With the progress of scientific and innovation of technology, and the emergence of new materials, stencil paper and typing wax paper were replaced with heat-sensitive version paper. Compared with the electrostatic photocopying, large amount of copies has the advantages of low cost, so an integrated printer heat-sensitive version paper was widely used in copying documents, handouts and examination papers In order to avoid water pollution caused by mulberry pulp and citric acid peel pulp production used for the raw material of traditional heat-sensitive version paper and promote the quality of the base paper, the experiment used LPET/PET, PET and sisal fibre. The optimum proportion and reasonable beating process were determined. Heat- sensitive base paper was maked in inclined wire machine and lateral type machine, the thin paper was coated by a gravure roll with additive chemicals. A new heat-sensitive version base paper was produced, which had excellent properties and good usage effect.
